Note: this is a plain-language starting draft, not a substitute for legal advice. Since InOneOS takes paid subscriptions, we'd strongly recommend having an actual lawyer review and finalize this page before launch — it directly affects refund/dispute rights.
1. Using InOneOS
InOneOS provides free and paid academic tools for students. By creating an account you agree to use the service for lawful, personal, non-commercial study purposes, and to keep your login credentials confidential.
2. Subscriptions and billing
- Premium access is billed at ₹19/month unless stated otherwise on the pricing page at time of purchase.
- Payments are processed by Cashfree; InOneOS never sees or stores your card, UPI, or bank details.
- Subscriptions renew on the same date each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand.
3. Refunds
[To be finalized] — state clearly here whether subscriptions are refundable, and if so, within what window and under what conditions. Leaving this undefined is a common source of payment disputes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the AI tools to generate harmful, illegal, or academically dishonest content in violation of your institution's policies, attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls, or resell/redistribute access to your account.
5. Service availability
InOneOS is provided on an "as-is" basis. Tools marked "Coming Soon" are not yet available. We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and may add, modify, or remove tools over time.
6. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service (e.g., abusive API usage, payment fraud). You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
7. Limitation of liability
InOneOS and Kavaya Infotech are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page and note significant changes on the dashboard.
